Director's Message

"Director’s message to the would be teachers."

We have passed the one fifth part of the twenty first century. The role of the teacher in the new century has become very important and crucial. One has to work very hard in this era of fast expanding technology. Telephone, television and technology have become very important in this changed period. The child of today is not the child of thirty or forty years back. He is exposed to the vast world of mass media and information technology. The teacher of today has to keep himself familiar with all the changed conditions.

On the basis of my long teaching experience, I have four watch words to offer to the would be teachers. These words are ‘punctuality’, ‘regularity’, ‘adjustment’, and ‘teacher like behavior’. To become a successful teacher in life, one should be punctual and regular in his work. He should behave like a teacher and be properly adjusted in life.

Some teachers are born intelligent. Others who are not so lucky make their loss good by being more diligent and hard working. So, be full of hope and good cheer. Have a good sense of humour. Never be revengeful to your students. Being nation builders you should always aim high. You are the architect of future India as well as the custodians of our rich national heritage which should be preserved and protected at all costs. I hope you will be enlightened by my advice and reach your cherished destination in your life by adopting truth, honesty, and dutifulness in everyday life.
